Terms and Conditions

General

All our prices include VAT and insurance, a damage excess applies to all hires and is dependent on class of vehicle. A deposit is required on all hires.

Excess Protection

Our Excess Protection Policy allows you to insure the majority of the policy excess in the event of damage or loss to the vehicle and is available on most vehicles.

Drivers

All Drivers should have held a full driving licence for at least 2 years.
The driving Licence must be produced at the time of hire, both parts if it is the Photo Card type.
Endorsements, Bans, Illnesses, Accidents and Losses are at the Insurers discretion and must be disclosed at the time of booking.
A second form ID will be required at the time of hire.
Drivers should be between 25 and 75 years of age, however Cars up to 1400cc and Vans up to 3000kg GVM are available from the age of 23.

Mileage

All vehicles have a generous free mileage allowance. Excess mileage charges are;

•  Small and Medium Cars, Small and Medium Vans; 8p per mile.
•  Large Cars, Large Vans, People Carriers, Minibuses; 10p per mile.
•  4x4, Executive, Luton's, 7.5 ton; 12p per mile.

The Rental Day

Our day is from 8am until 8am the next morning.
The Weekend is from 8am Saturday until 8am Monday.

Mini Buses (12 - 15 seats)

You must have Group D1 on your licence to hire these vehicles unless it is an old style licence which will show A & E.

Towing

To use one of our vehicles for Towing you must have B + E on your licence.

Fuel

Diesel vehicles are full to the brim, we will refill and charge the difference on return.
We request that petrol vehicles are returned with the same amount of fuel.
