Terms and Conditions

General

All our prices include VAT and insurance, a damage excess applies to all hires and is dependent on class of vehicle. A deposit is required on all hires.

Damage Waiver

Our Damage Waiver allows you to reduce your liability in the event of damage or loss to the vehicle.

Drivers

Drivers to be over 23 years of age and under 70 except Executive, 4x4, and 7.5 ton ranges which is over 25 and under 65. Drivers with overseas licences must be over 25 and produce licence and any translation. Licence must be produced at time of hire, both parts if it is a 2 part licence. Copies are not acceptable. Endorsements, bans, illnesses, accidents and losses are at the insurers discretion and must be disclosed at time of booking. A second form of I.D. will be required at time of hire.

Mileage

All vehicles have a generous free mileage allowance which is 200 miles per day except 7.5 ton range which is 200 K and Executive and 4x4 which is 100 per day. Excess mileage charges are Small & Medium Vans and Cars 6p per mile. Large Vans & Cars 7p per mile. Luton Vans, 4x4 & Executive Cars 12p per mile. People Carriers 7p per mile. 7.5 ton 6p per K.
