The Colourthon

We support The Colourthon event which takes place July each year. This event is a Half Marathon walk within the Borough of Southend on Sea and the purpose is to raise money for the Charity of the walker's choice, furthermore 100% of the money raised goes direct to the charity. So far this event has raised over �1.6m for over�700 charities.

DVLA Driving Licence Changes

Activation Code now valid for 21 days/1 view.

The Counterpart Driving Licence is no longer valid and to hire a vehicle you will need to Share Your Licence via the DVLA website.

The first part of the process requires the driving licence holder to generate a unique, one-time use access code for their record. This is done by the driver logging on to the DVLA View Driving Licence service and entering their Licence Number, National Insurance Number and Postcode. Please see the link Share My Licence (DVLA) on the right of this page.

Once the licence is displayed the driver needs to click on the Tab SHARE LICENCE which is top right of the DVLA page.

Scroll down the next page and click on the green Button, Create Code.

We will need this code when you come to collect your vehicle and recommend either printing it off or taking a picture on your phone.

The Colourthon

It consists of 2 events, the traditional being a Half Marathon (Moonlight) or 10km (Twilight) walk within the Borough of Southend on Sea and the purpose is to raise money for the Charity of the walker's choice, furthermore 100% of the money raised goes direct to the charity. So far this event has raised over �1.53m for over 250 charities.
